*Student requesting both regular term and short session courses in the same term must complete two separate Course Approval Forms.

Fall 2025 Regular Term

Fall 2025 Short Sessions

Students requesting a 3 or 4 credit hour course during a short session must have completed 9 credit hours at Jefferson State and have a minimum Jefferson State GPA of 3.0. (The only exception is if the requested course is not offered in the regular term.)

Spring 2026 Regular Term

Course Approval Form Drop/Add Form (Students who completed a CA but need to make schedule adjustments) Drop ONLY Form (Activated during the high school dual enrollment drop only dates after the start of classes)
